What You'll Do

* Identify and source prospective healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform and your personal network

* Coordinate and schedule key appointments between qualified candidates and our internal recruiting team
 

* Nurture leads with thoughtful follow-up to keep momentum alive throughout the hiring journey
 

* Keep records clean, current, and organized within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn commission tied directly to meetings booked, interviews conducted, and successful placements stemming from your outreach
