Job Responsibilities

• Provide continuous, evidence-based family medicine services for clinic and hospital patients.
• Manage an assigned patient panel with a focus on quality and patient experience.
• Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate actively in quality improvement, risk management, and policy development related to practitioner services.
• Maintain timely and accurate medical records in compliance with legal and accreditation standards.
• Fulfill on-call duties as required and contribute to resolving patient and provider concerns.
• Engage in community outreach and support organizational goals and values.

Education and Experience

• Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program in Family Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.

Licenses and Certifications

• Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in the relevant state.
• DEA certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
