Job Summary

Deliver comprehensive physical therapy care including patient intakes, evaluations, goal setting, care plan implementation, medication prescription, patient education, and progress monitoring. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans using assessment data and patient feedback.
• Ensure therapy plan compliance and modify treatments based on patient progress.
• Educate and counsel patients, caregivers, and family members on safety, equipment use, and home care techniques.
• Coordinate referrals to other healthcare disciplines as needed.
• Regularly evaluate therapy effectiveness and collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation managers to optimize care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical excellence, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction.
• Stay current with professional development, research, and best practices through continuing education and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Education and Experience

• Clinical doctorate, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Preferred: Minimum of one year of physical therapy practice experience.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in Washington State.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Physical Requirements
