Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will conduct patient intakes and evaluations, set goals collaboratively, prescribe treatments, educate patients on risks and benefits, and monitor progress. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust individualized care plans, ensuring compliance and quality care standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy care across various settings.
• Develop and modify treatment plans based on patient assessments and progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques, safety, and equipment use.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Education and Experience

• Clinical doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Preferred: Minimum of one year of physical therapy practice experience.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in Washington State.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Physical Requirements
