Job Summary

Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and physiological parameters continuously, accurately interpret ECG rhythms, and respond to alarms and emergency situations with composure and clear communication. Operate and troubleshoot monitoring equipment while ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality of patient records.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Telemetry Technician or ECG interpretation course preferred.

Experience

• One to two years of experience in a patient care setting preferred.
• Telemetry Technician experience is a plus.

Licenses and Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
