Inpatient - Physical Therapist

Are you a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive inpatient setting? We’re hiring a full-time PT to join our team in Conconully, Washington, where you’ll play a vital role in helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence during their recovery journey.

Position Overview:
In this inpatient role, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient’s recovery goals. You’ll assist patients with mobility, functional tasks, and safe discharge planning, all while contributing to a collaborative and patient-focused care environment.

Role Qualifications:
Candidates should have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and hold an active Washington state license or be eligible for licensure. Previous inpatient experience is valued but not required—we welcome new graduates with strong clinical training and a desire to grow in an inpatient setting. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to think critically and adapt in a hospital environment, and a genuine commitment to improving patient outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based care.
