Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect assigned areas including walls, ceilings, furniture, equipment, and patient care spaces.
• Perform routine, repetitive tasks with attention to safety for patients and coworkers.
• Work under supervision, completing tasks efficiently and quietly.
• Train and rotate between multiple district facilities as needed.
• Participate in special projects and other related duties.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Housekeeping experience preferred; hospital-based experience is a plus.

Requirements and Skills

• Ability to learn and follow established policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Competence in operating common cleaning tools and equipment.

Physical Requirements

This role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 35 pounds. Normal vision, hearing, and speech capabilities are necessary.

Work schedule consists of 8-hour shifts within a 40-hour workweek.
