Job Summary

As an Advanced Certified Nursing Assistant, you will perform a variety of technical and direct patient care tasks including CPR, vital signs monitoring, telemetry support, EKG acquisition, wound care, phlebotomy, and assisting with procedures. You will also help patients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meal assistance, while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.

Experience

• One to two years of patient care experience, preferably in acute care settings.
• Telemetry experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (NA-C) license valid in the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of patient care practices and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and medical equipment.
