Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, and service designated areas including walls, ceilings, furniture, equipment, restrooms, and patient care zones.
• Perform routine, repetitive tasks with attention to safety for patients and coworkers, while accepting supervision and adapting to frequent interruptions.
• Work quietly and efficiently under close supervision, completing standardized tasks in a timely manner.
• Be flexible to train and rotate between multiple district facilities such as clinics, hospital, and administrative offices.
• Participate in special projects and other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Housekeeping experience is preferred, with hospital-based experience considered a plus.

Requirements and Skills

• Ability to learn and follow established policies and procedures.
• Strong reading comprehension and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Competence in operating common cleaning tools and equipment.

Physical Requirements

This role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 35 pounds. Vision, hearing, and speech are expected to be within normal range, with or without corrective devices.
