Job Summary

As a Telemetry Technician, you will be responsible for observing, documenting, and interpreting cardiac rhythms accurately. You will operate and troubleshoot monitoring equipment, respond promptly to alarms, and maintain clear communication in high-pressure situations. Your role also includes managing patient records and supporting the healthcare team with effective teamwork and professionalism.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Telemetry Technician or ECG interpretation course preferred.

Experience

• One to two years of experience in a patient care setting preferred.
• Telemetry Technician experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
• Proficiency in ECG rhythm interpretation with successful exam completion.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass annual competency testing.
