Job Summary: This role is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of all materials delivered to the Materials Management Department by various vendors. You will oversee the PAR Level Systems in the warehouse and throughout the facility, ensuring stock levels are accurately maintained and adjusted as needed. Additionally, you will distribute patient care and office supplies according to orders and maintain updated inventory records.

Essential Job Functions:

• Receive and properly disburse all materials delivered by vendors to various locations within the warehouse and facility.
• Make necessary corrections, deletions, and adjustments to stock quantities in relation to the PAR Level Replenishment Systems.
• Verify accuracy of all documents before processing packing slips and related paperwork.
• Collaborate directly with staff in user departments to assess needs for additions or deletions in stock.
• Maintain all storage areas in a neat, organized manner, ensuring proper rotation and handling of sterile supplies to maintain sterility.
• Communicate critical back-order information to management or purchasing agents promptly.
• Coordinate delivery assignments to ensure timely and accurate distribution of materials to departments.
• Prepare items for return shipments in partnership with user departments and purchasing.
• Maintain all equipment used for transporting materials to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Previous experience in stock management or inventory control is necessary.

Professional Requirements: Must comply with regulatory requirements, report to work punctually, and complete tasks within designated timelines. Strong communication skills are essential to interact courteously and respectfully with patients, guests, and staff. Commitment to organizational ethics and goals is expected.
