About the Role

You will work within a critical access hospital setting that includes a 24/7 emergency department, Level II cardiac care, Level III stroke services, and Level IV trauma care, alongside rural clinics and urgent care facilities.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in healthcare administration or related fields is a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience in patient access, medical front desk, or healthcare customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and scheduling software is beneficial.
