Job Responsibilities

Education and Experience

• Clinical doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Preferred minimum of one year of physical therapy practice experience.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Washington.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
