Job Summary

As a primary care provider, you will manage an assigned patient panel, offering first-contact and ongoing care. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes and positive patient experiences. Participation in quality improvement initiatives, risk management, and policy development is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide family medicine services in both clinic and hospital settings.
• Engage in consultations with other practitioners and contribute to quality assurance activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with legal and accreditation standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support community outreach efforts.
• Assist with staff supervision and contribute to administrative functions such as budgeting and equipment acquisition.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and uphold professional standards.

Education and Experience

• Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.

Licenses and Certifications

• Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in the relevant state.
• DEA certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
