Job Summary: Join a dedicated healthcare team providing compassionate patient care in a professional office environment. This role involves delivering psychosocial, physical, and general care tailored to patients' needs under the guidance of a Registered Nurse or physician. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and office policies while effectively communicating patient conditions and diagnostic results with the care team.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide direct patient care supervised by a physician, assess outcomes, and collaborate with healthcare team members as needed.
• Assist nursing and medical staff during routine exams and treatments for patients across all age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Perform patient care duties aligned with age-appropriate standards and safety protocols to minimize healthcare errors.
• Promote and uphold a culture of safety and quality within the clinical setting.
• Apply knowledge of human growth and development to deliver tailored care throughout the lifespan.

Education and Experience:

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is required.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant recognized by the state is mandatory.
• Strong computer proficiency and accurate typing skills are essential.
• Preferred experience includes urgent care, electronic medical records (EMR) familiarity, HIPAA knowledge, and proficiency in taking patient vitals.
