Join a dynamic healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest region as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) providing critical respiratory care across acute, emergency, and outpatient settings. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver emergency respiratory interventions including artificial respiration and cardiopulmonary resuscitation support.
• Monitor patients' physiological responses to therapy, such as vital signs and arterial blood gases, and collaborate with physicians to address any adverse reactions.
• Perform diagnostic tests including arterial blood gases (ABGs) and electrocardiograms (EKGs).
• Set up and operate respiratory devices like high flow oxygen systems, BiPAP, mechanical ventilators, aerosol generators, and environmental control systems according to prescribed treatment parameters.
• Provide training and guidance to clinical team members within your area of expertise.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care and medical procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and accurately document all care activities in electronic or written records.

Education and Experience

• Associate degree from an accredited Respiratory Care Program is required.
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC.
• State Respiratory Therapist license applicable to the Pacific Northwest region.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in critical care settings is essential.
