Job Summary
As a Maintenance Technician, you will conduct inspections, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and carry out repairs including carpentry, painting, and drywall work. You will respond to emergencies, complete work orders, and assist senior facilities personnel with more complex tasks. This position requires availability for on-call duties to support after-hours maintenance needs.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in facility maintenance.
Licenses and Certifications
- Valid driver’s license is required.

Physical Requirements
