Join a dedicated healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest region as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). This full-time role involves providing comprehensive respiratory assessment, support, and treatment across acute care, emergency, and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver emergency respiratory care, including artificial respiration and cardiopulmonary resuscitation assistance.
• Monitor patients' physiological responses to therapy, such as vital signs and arterial blood gases, and collaborate with physicians regarding any adverse reactions.
• Perform diagnostic testing including arterial blood gases (ABGs) and electrocardiograms (EKGs).
• Set up and operate respiratory devices like high flow oxygen systems, BiPAP, mechanical ventilators, and aerosol generators according to prescribed treatment parameters.
• Provide training and support to clinical team members within your area of expertise.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to manage patient care and assist with medical procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and accurately document all relevant data in written or electronic formats.

Education and Experience

• Associate degree from an accredited Respiratory Care Program is required.
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC.
• State Respiratory Therapist license applicable to the region.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in critical care settings is essential.
