Job Summary

As a primary care provider, you will manage a dedicated patient panel, offering first-contact and ongoing care aligned with the patient-centered medical home model. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure evidence-based, high-quality care and participate actively in quality improvement and risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide family medicine services to clinic and hospital patients, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Engage in consultations with other practitioners and contribute to policy development affecting clinical services.
• Participate in medical record audits, complaint management, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Submit professional service charges timely and provide agreed-upon charity care.
• Fulfill on-call and call coverage duties as required by medical staff bylaws.
• Contribute to community outreach efforts and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Support administrative functions including budget input, staff evaluations, and equipment acquisition.
• Foster positive professional relationships with patients, staff, and medical personnel.
• Adapt to changing work environments, promote teamwork, and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.

Education and Experience

• Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.

Licenses and Certifications

• Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in the relevant state.
• DEA certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
