Job Summary

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be the first point of contact for patients, offering continuous, patient-centered care aligned with the medical home model. You will actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, risk management, and policy development to enhance clinical services. Timely and accurate documentation, compliance with medical staff bylaws, and engagement in community outreach are key components of this role.

Education and Experience

• Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine

Licenses and Certifications

• Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in the state of Washington
• DEA certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
