Your Role Will Include:

Delivering Comprehensive Patient Care:

• Perform detailed physical exams and health assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret lab tests and imaging
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and necessary therapies
• Provide preventive services including screenings and wellness counseling

Educating & Empowering Patients:

• Counsel patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and healthy living
• Guide patients through chronic disease management
• Encourage lifestyle improvements for long-term wellness

Collaborating with Healthcare Teams:

• Partner with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals
• Contribute clinical insights in team meetings and treatment planning
• Support nursing and care staff with mentorship and clinical oversight

Monitoring & Adjusting Care:

• Track patient progress and modify care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems
• Adhere to HIPAA and compliance regulations
• Stay up to date on medical research and best practices

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited NP program
• Active Washington Nurse Practitioner license
• National Board Certification (e.g., FNP, AGNP, etc.)
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and decision-making skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
