Job Summary

As an infusion RN, you will administer medications and treatments, assist providers during examinations, and document patient care accurately. Your role is vital in maintaining continuity of care and supporting outpatient infusion services. You will also participate in team activities, orientation of new staff, and ongoing professional development.

Education

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience and Licenses

• Current and unrestricted nursing license in Washington State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and outpatient care principles.
• Ability to apply age-specific growth and development concepts to patient care.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with proficiency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to patient privacy and safety in compliance with HIPAA standards.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This full-time position involves 10-hour shifts within a 40-hour workweek. Physical demands include frequent lifting and carrying of up to 35 pounds, standing, walking, bending, and occasional pushing or pulling. Normal vision, hearing, and speech capabilities are required, with or without corrective devices.
