Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver direct patient care under physician supervision, assess outcomes, and collaborate with healthcare team members as needed.
• Assist nursing and medical staff during routine exams and treatments for patients across all age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Perform patient care duties with attention to age-appropriate standards and safety protocols to minimize healthcare errors.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality within the clinical setting.
• Apply knowledge of human growth and development to provide tailored care throughout the lifespan.

Education and Experience:

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is required.
• Medical Assistant Certification valid within the state of Washington.
• Strong computer skills and typing accuracy are essential.
• Preferred experience includes urgent care, electronic medical records (EMR), HIPAA knowledge, and proficiency in taking patient vitals.
