Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-contact, ongoing primary care for patients ranging from infants to adults, following current standards and the patient-centered medical home model.
• Engage in consultations with other practitioners to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate actively in quality improvement and risk management initiatives related to family medicine services.
• Contribute to policy development and implementation affecting practitioner services.
• Maintain timely and accurate medical records in compliance with legal and accreditation standards.
• Fulfill on-call and call coverage duties as required by medical staff bylaws.
• Support community outreach efforts and participate in resolving patient and provider concerns to enhance satisfaction.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as budget input, staff evaluations, and equipment acquisition.
• Demonstrate adaptability, teamwork, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Education and Experience

• Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.

Licenses and Certifications

• Active and unrestricted MD or DO license in the relevant state.
• DEA certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
