What You'll Be Doing

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, and developing tailored, evidence-based care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, and episodic conditions — independently or in collaboration with physicians based on scope and credentialing
• Guiding patients and their families through complex health decisions with clarity, empathy, and education
• Prescribing medications and therapeutic interventions within your full scope of practice
• Supporting continuity of care through active follow-up and chronic disease management protocols
• Engaging with interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, whole-patient care
• Maintaining meticulous, timely documentation within electronic medical record (EMR) platforms

Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Required Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• National certification through AANP or ANCC — FNP-C, AGPCNP-BC, or specialty equivalent
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred or obtainable within 90 days of start
