Role Responsibilities

• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic workups, and craft individualized care plans rooted in evidence and empathy.

• Contribute actively to quality improvement initiatives, helping shape protocols that elevate outcomes across your patient panel.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree earned from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP).
• Active Washington State medical license or eligibility to obtain one promptly.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
