What You'll Be Doing

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, and crafting individualized treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, and episodic conditions — independently or in collaboration with attending physicians based on credentialing
• Guiding patients and their families through complex health decisions with clarity, empathy, and evidence-based counsel
• Prescribing medications, therapies, and referrals within your full scope of practice
• Leading chronic disease management and longitudinal follow-up care

Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner graduate program

Required Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Washington
• National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C via AANP or ANCC) or specialty-equivalent credential
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications, or the ability to obtain both within 90 days of hire
