Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Evaluate each patient's functional challenges and craft tailored therapeutic strategies aligned with their personal goals and lifestyle
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply the latest clinical practices to support improvements in fine motor function, cognitive performance, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver well-rounded, patient-centered care
• Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their families with practical techniques and home strategies that reinforce therapeutic gains beyond the clinic walls
• Track Progress and Refine Treatment: Maintain thorough clinical documentation, monitor patient outcomes, and adapt care plans with precision and purpose

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education are enthusiastically encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential required
• NBCOT certification required
