Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Conduct comprehensive assessments and craft personalized treatment strategies that align with each patient's unique functional goals and lifestyle needs
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven therapeutic techniques to rebuild motor function, sharpen cognitive skills, and restore meaningful engagement in daily activities
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner daily with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nursing staff, and social workers to deliver seamlessly integrated, whole-person care
• Empower Patients and Families: Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and their support systems so progress made in the clinic continues at home
• Track Outcomes and Refine Approaches: Maintain thorough clinical documentation, monitor patient progress closely, and adapt treatment plans to keep each individual moving forward

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education are actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current, active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential
• NBCOT certification required prior to start
