Description

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations across inpatient and outpatient settings, developing individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active Washington State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
