Description

• Perform comprehensive evaluations across inpatient and outpatient settings and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions targeting mobility restoration, neuromuscular function, strength development, and balance retraining
• Partner closely with physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and interdisciplinary rehab team members to drive patient outcomes
• Guide patients and their support networks through therapeutic goals, home exercise programs, and discharge planning strategies
• Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation through digital charting systems in line with facility and regulatory standards
• Contribute actively to care conferences and interdisciplinary rounds to ensure seamless, coordinated patient transitions

Education

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a nationally accredited institution

Certifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain licensure
• CPR certification preferred
• Additional specialty certifications such as neurological rehabilitation or geriatric PT are welcomed but not required
