What You Will Be Doing

* Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates using MLR's proprietary tools and your own professional network
 

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introduce them to MLR's opportunities, and assess their interest and fit
 

* Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings between interested candidates and our in-house recruiting team
 

* Nurture your leads through consistent and thoughtful follow-up, keeping candidates engaged throughout the process
 

* Keep your pipeline organized and current within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn tiered commissions tied directly to meetings booked, interviews completed, and successful placements originating from your outreach

How Your Compensation Works
