What You'll Do:

Deliver Patient Care:

Monitor Patient Progress:

• Continuously assess and document patients' conditions, adjusting care plans as necessary
• Ensure that patients are comfortable, safe, and receiving the appropriate treatments at all times

Patient Education:

• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and recovery processes
• Empower patients to manage their health through self-care strategies and healthy lifestyle choices

Collaborate with Healthcare Teams:

• Work alongside doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Participate in team rounds and provide updates on patient status and progress

Ensure High Standards of Care:

• Follow best practices and hospital protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of all patients
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws (HIPAA)

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach to care
• Compassionate and patient-centered care approach
