Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations across inpatient or outpatient settings and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions designed to restore mobility, improve strength, enhance balance, and maximize functional independence
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team — including physicians, nurses, case managers, and fellow rehab specialists — to drive the best possible outcomes
• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, home exercise programming, and safe discharge planning
• Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation in alignment with facility standards and regulatory requirements
• Engage in interdisciplinary rounds and care conferences to ensure seamless, coordinated treatment across the continuum of care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• CPR certification preferred
• Specialty certifications in areas such as geriatrics, neurology, or orthopedics are welcomed but not required

• Prior clinical experience strongly preferred, though passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply
