Role Responsibilities

• Deliver full-spectrum, longitudinal primary care to patients of all ages, spanning pediatric wellness through geriatric management.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, manage complex chronic conditions, and champion preventive health strategies across your panel.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic workups, and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans.
• Work in close partnership with behavioral health providers, care coordinators, and specialist networks to ensure seamless, whole-person care delivery.
• Engage actively in quality improvement programs, contributing clinical insight to initiatives that elevate both patient safety and operational performance.
• Document patient encounters thoroughly and efficiently using electronic medical record platforms.
• Extend access to care through both in-office visits and telehealth consultations tailored to patient needs.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active board eligibility).
• Active Washington State medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
