What You'll Be Doing

• Performing thorough patient evaluations including health histories, physical exams, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, and episodic conditions — independently or in collaboration with attending physicians based on scope
• Developing individualized, patient-centered care plans that reflect both clinical best practices and personal patient goals
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapeutic interventions within established scope of practice
• Providing meaningful patient and family education around wellness, prevention, and long-term disease management
• Engaging in follow-up care and chronic condition monitoring to ensure continuity and positive outcomes
• Working collaboratively within interdisciplinary care teams to deliver seamless, whole-person healthcare
• Maintaining accurate and complete documentation within electronic medical record (EMR) platforms

Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Required Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Washington
• National board certification such as FNP-C, AANP, ANCC, or an applicable specialty equivalent
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications, or the ability to obtain both within 90 days of hire
