Description

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations across inpatient and outpatient environments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functional independence
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and case managers to deliver cohesive, patient-centered care
• Guide patients and their families through recovery goals, home exercise programming, and safe discharge planning
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility protocols and state regulations
• Engage actively in interdisciplinary rounds, care conferences, and team-based planning to ensure seamless continuity of care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited institution

Certifications

• Active Washington State licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain)
• CPR certification preferred
• Additional specialty certifications in areas such as neurology, geriatrics, or orthopedics are warmly welcomed
