What You'll Be Doing

* Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates using MLR's proprietary tools and your own professional network
 

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introduce them to MLR's opportunities, and assess their interest and availability
 

* Coordinate and schedule discovery calls and screening appointments between candidates and our senior recruiting team
 

* Nurture your pipeline through consistent and thoughtful follow-up to keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring journey
 

* Keep candidate records current and well-organized within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn tiered commissions based on meetings booked, interviews completed, and successful placements originating from your leads
