We are actively seeking experienced, entrepreneurially-minded recruiters to join our growing team as Senior Medical Sales and Healthcare Recruiters. This is not a job. What You Will Do

Own Full-Cycle Searches from the very first intake call all the way through a signed offer letter. Every placement you make is yours to manage and yours to celebrate.

Serve as a True Client Partner by going beyond the job description — learning the culture, the pain points, and the long-term hiring vision of every organization you support.

Source with Intention using our proprietary CRM and ATS platform alongside your own cultivated network and our built-in communications tools designed to keep outreach sharp and organized.

Leverage Our All-in-One Platform to track candidates, automate follow-ups, manage pipelines, and stay ten steps ahead without drowning in administrative chaos.

The Ideal Candidate

You bring two to three or more years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience and you know what it feels like to work a full desk under pressure. You have a working understanding of healthcare — or a genuine eagerness to develop one, because our team is here to coach and invest in your growth. You are skilled at managing client relationships through every stage of the hiring process and comfortable navigating ATS and CRM systems. Most importantly, you are thinking long-term. You want to build something, not just fill something.
