Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical assessments and analyze detailed medical histories.
• Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions through detailed imaging and lab results analysis.
• Work hand-in-hand with surgeons to develop and implement tailored surgical strategies for patients.
• Provide intraoperative assistance, including preparing the surgical environment, ensuring patient safety, and managing instruments during operations.
• Deliver outstanding care before and after surgery, managing medications, wound care, discharge planning, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a recognized Physician Assistant program.
• Experience in clinical rotations with a surgical focus is strongly preferred.

Certifications

• Current and valid PA-C certification.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant.
