• Provide meaningful education to patients and their support systems, equipping them with tools to reinforce progress between sessions.
• Support inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions as needed, maintaining continuity across care settings.
• Ensure thorough, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education, peer consultation, and evidence-based practice initiatives.

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet finalized.

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Washington.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) through ASHA is strongly preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
