Description

• Conduct assessments of patients in either an inpatient or outpatient environment and develop personalized treatment protocols.

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification is preferable.
