Description

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations across inpatient or outpatient settings and develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions targeting mobility, functional strength, balance, and overall physical performance
• Work side by side with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation specialists to drive optimal patient outcomes
• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, home exercise programming, and discharge planning with clarity and compassion
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment records in alignment with facility and regulatory standards
• Contribute actively to care team rounds and interdisciplinary conferences, ensuring seamless continuity of care

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited degree required

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Washington
• CPR certification preferred
• Advanced or specialty certifications such as neurological or geriatric rehab are welcomed, though not required
