What You Will Be Doing

• Execute routine and specialized laboratory tests spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and related disciplines—all within established clinical protocols.
• Review results for integrity, identify and resolve discrepancies, and conduct calibration and preventative maintenance on laboratory instrumentation.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for downstream analysis as operational needs arise.
• Maintain thorough procedural documentation, provide guidance to incoming staff or students, and actively uphold laboratory quality benchmarks.
• Sustain a clean, compliant workspace while meeting all applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a closely related allied health discipline, combined with ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science must be obtained within one year of the hire date.
• Active certification must be maintained continuously throughout the duration of employment.
