Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree graduate of accredited OT program required
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
• 2-4 years experience in Occupational Therapy preferred
• Current Occupation Therapist license in the State of Washington
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support)

Responsibilities:

• Conducted new patient evaluations, created personalized treatment plans, and supported the implementation of care programs.
• Provide high-quality care across a range of diagnoses and manage patient treatment.
• Ensure a positive patient experience through ongoing engagement and progressive care.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to support optimal care.
• Advocate for evidence-based practices in all patient care.
