Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and devise individualized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply well-researched techniques to enhance patients’ motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Equip patients and caregivers with useful techniques to encourage ongoing progress at home.
• Track and Adjust Treatment Progress: Record clinical outcomes diligently and modify treatment plans to ensure patients remain on the path to recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Ongoing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and fully supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
