Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient holistically and craft personalized therapy programs that align with their functional goals and daily life demands
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply clinically proven techniques to strengthen fine motor function, cognitive performance, and the ability to navigate everyday tasks with greater ease
• Partner with Interdisciplinary Teams: Engage daily with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to ensure well-rounded, coordinated patient care
• Empower Patients and Their Families: Provide thorough education on home exercise programs, adaptive strategies, and caregiver techniques that extend progress beyond the clinic walls
• Track and Refine Outcomes: Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, continuously reassessing and adapting treatment approaches to keep momentum moving forward

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing professional development and post-graduate certifications are actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current and active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
