Your Day-to-Day

* Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform and your own growing network
 

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introduce them to MLR, and assess their interest in new opportunities
 

* Schedule discovery calls and appointments between interested candidates and our experienced recruiting team
 

* Stay engaged with leads through thoughtful follow-up, keeping momentum alive throughout the hiring journey
 

* Keep candidate records current and organized within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn commission tied directly to the meetings you set, the interviews that result, and the placements your leads produce

How the Compensation Works

This is a commission-only, performance-based role — which means no earnings cap and no arbitrary limits on what you can make. Your effort writes your paycheck.
