Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient care tasks and carry out provider orders promptly and accurately.
• Assist with treatments and procedures, ensuring all necessary consents are obtained.
• Administer immunizations under provider supervision, adhering to legal guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and manage referral processes efficiently.
• Stock exam rooms, manage sample medications, and uphold infection control standards.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduation from an accredited certified medical assistant program.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current Medical Assistant Certification and Licensure as required by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 90 days of hire.
