Description – Your Role Unfolded

• Evaluate results meticulously for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Thoroughly document every procedure, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Ensure the lab environment is clean and safe, adhering strictly to regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent healthcare qualification, supplemented by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within a year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout employment.
